Hello Substack!
I got a lot of requests to write about this on my Instagram – it seems like my OCD fridge organization is of interest! This weekly routine of cleaning, stocking up, cooking/prepping, and organizing my fridge is actually relaxing for me and has become a life-saving habit to prepare for the busyness of the upcoming week. It usually ends up happening on a Sunday so my husband and I can make a pit stop at the farmers market – we just love it there. Anyways, before we go, we clean the fridge. This means getting rid of anything that’s gone bad and doing a quick wipe-down.
