Hi all! Life has been so busy lately, but I didn’t want to miss a post this week. I thought it might be helpful to share my weekly workout routine in case anyone is looking to switch things up at the gym or just starting their fitness journey.
This plan was created for me by my son's mentor and boxing coach, as well as a dear friend, Christian. It serves as the foundation of my gym routine and what I always come back to. Sometimes, I try new workouts I come across on Instagram, but I usually stick to this split:
Monday – Legs & Abs
Tuesday – Chest & Triceps
Wednesday – Back & Biceps
Thursday – Jog & Abs
I also wanted to share a few post-workout meals I've been loving lately. I’m always curious to learn about other people’s workout routines and love discovering new healthy recipes, so I hope you enjoy!
